Job Description

As a leading organisation in our sector with offices based across the globe, Guardian Wealth Management have developed a unique investment proposition which has led to a significant increase in client demand. Currently we have requirements across the Middle East.


At GWM, we have experienced a large amount of success transitioning individuals directly into our market from a UK based, non-wealth management background, and help them to become fully qualified Financial Consultants.


Given the structure and dynamism of the international wealth management market, it is extremely well-suited to individuals who have performed at a high level within a pro-active sales environment. The skillsets generated through such an environment can be applied as you set about growing a book of expat clients in a territory that you’d be most suited to.


Therefore, if you are frustrated with a lack of financial progression and career development in your current position, and

would be interested in working for a business that provides a direct route to a more affluent sales market whilst an increased earning potential that remains relevant to performance, then this will be for you.


As one of our new Financial Consultants – you will be given the freedom to build your own portfolio of clients, whilst also working closely with a GWM Technical Specialist and/or Regional Manager until you are fully up to speed and comfortable with our investment proposition. GWM will ensure that you are working towards qualifications, and can sponsor you through these, whilst also assisting you through regular internal GWM training modules and webinars.


You will benefit from:

  • £3,000 - £4,000 basic salary, after tax, per month
  • 25% - 65% revenue share from new business generated.
  • Trail revenue from all AUM - 0.5% on all assets managed
  • A Portfolio Buy Out option - this gives you an exit strategy and ability to sell your book of business after 10 years or more with GWM. Four times your AUM trail.
  • At Consultant level in 2018, the average earnings across the business were £156,479. Top performer £585,364.
  • 1st year OTE: £115,000 – £125,000 (based on individuals who completed their 1st full year with GWM in 2017)

  • An internal Business Development Manager to work with you directly and provide qualified client appointments from day 1
