Seminar to highlight investment options for UK expatriates
A seminar focusing on repatriation of wealth and taxes for expatriates from the UK as well as other economic issues will take place tomorrow at Doha Golf Club, where experts from Guardian Wealth Management and Pinsent Masons will outline the current financial climate for British people living abroad.
Discussions will also deal with the situation in the eurozone, which continues to give concern to expatriates from Europe who are unsure about their investments in their home countries.
The event will open at 5pm and presentations will begin at 6pm, with experts set to discuss the importance of investment opportunities for people living abroad, as well as announcements in the recent UK budget and their impact on expatriates.
CEO of Guardian Wealth Management in Qatar, David Russell who spoke to Gulf Times about the event, explained that it will assist people living here to understand the situation in the UK and how recent developments may affect their investments.
